Anuj Tyagi is a seasoned automotive leader with nearly three decades of experience in customer experience transformation, after-sales operations, sales, and dealer network development across India.
Anuj Tyagi currently serves as Head – After Sales at JSW Motors Limited, where he leads after-sales strategy, service operations, and customer experience transformation initiatives. His role focuses on building scalable service ecosystems, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence in a rapidly evolving mobility landscape.
Prior to this, he spent over 17 years at Ford India, where he held multiple leadership roles, including National Head – After Sales Operations. In this role, he was responsible for nationwide service strategy, dealer network performance, and customer experience delivery, driving significant improvements in service efficiency, customer loyalty, and network profitability.
With 29 years of industry experience, he has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs, managing complex transitions, and building strong partnerships across OEMs and dealer networks. His expertise spans customer experience strategy, after-sales operations, dealer development, sales operations, and digital enablement.
He is recognized for driving world-class CX benchmarks, strengthening dealer ecosystems, and integrating customer-centricity as a core business growth driver. His leadership style combines strategic vision with strong execution, enabling sustainable and measurable business outcomes.
He was inducted into the World Auto Forum (WAF) Hall of Fame in 2024, recognizing his significant contribution to the automotive after-sales and customer experience domain.
