Jatin Tiwari serves as Associate Vice President and Vertical Head – Field Service at Hyundai Motor India, where he is responsible for driving service excellence, network performance, and customer satisfaction across the company’s extensive service ecosystem.

His expertise spans multiple domains including technical support, export service, service planning and strategy, service marketing, dealer network development, customer experience management, and field service operations. Over the years, he has played a key role in strengthening after-sales processes and enhancing service delivery across the network.

He has held several leadership roles within Hyundai Motor India, including General Manager & Group Head – Service Support and Deputy General Manager – CSI & Service Planning, reflecting a strong career progression in after-sales leadership.
