Manish Srivastava currently serves as Chief Quality Officer at Hero MotoCorp, where he leads enterprise-wide quality strategy across product development, manufacturing, supplier quality, and after-sales service. His role focuses on driving end-to-end quality transformation, ensuring product reliability, and enhancing customer satisfaction across the lifecycle.
Prior to this, he served as National Head – Service at Hero MotoCorp, where he was responsible for leading nationwide after-sales operations, strengthening dealer service networks, and improving customer experience across India.
