Rashi Agarwal is an Indian entrepreneur, investor, and business leader, best known as the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Zypp Electric, India’s leading EV-as-a-Service platform. A serial entrepreneur and one of the prominent voices in India’s electric mobility ecosystem, she has played a pivotal role in building Zypp Electric into a technology-driven last-mile logistics company that is accelerating the adoption of sustainable transportation across the country.
Before co-founding Zypp Electric in 2017, Rashi Agarwal founded LetsFlaunt, a customized fashion e-commerce platform, where she successfully scaled the business from a single-person venture to a fast-growing startup. Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, she spent over seven years at S&P Capital IQ, gaining extensive experience in financial research, business analysis, and corporate strategy. She is also an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, where she pursued executive management studies.
At Zypp Electric, Rashi leads business strategy, partnerships, marketing, and organizational growth. Working alongside Co-Founder and CEO Akash Gupta, she has helped build one of India’s largest EV-based last-mile delivery ecosystems, enabling sustainable logistics solutions for leading e-commerce, food delivery, grocery, and hyperlocal businesses. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding Zypp’s electric fleet while advancing the company’s mission of reducing carbon emissions through clean mobility.
Rashi Agarwal is widely recognized for her contributions to entrepreneurship and sustainable mobility. She was featured in Fortune India 40 Under 40 and has also been recognized by BW Disrupt 40 Under 40 for her impact on India’s startup ecosystem. In recognition of her contributions to sustainable mobility, she was honoured as the winner of the EV Mobility Services category at the 12th World Auto Forum Awards 2025. Beyond building businesses, she is an active angel investor, startup mentor, and a frequent speaker at industry forums, where she shares insights on entrepreneurship, women in leadership, electric mobility, and climate-focused innovation.
