Tata Motors has entered into a strategic partnership with Vertelo, a dedicated electric mobility solutions provider, to accelerate the adoption of electric commercial vehicles across the country. Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two companies, Vertelo will offer tailored leasing solutions to fleet operators, facilitating a smoother transition to green mobility.

Tata Motors’ electric CV portfolio includes the Tata Ace EV for last-mile delivery, the Ultra and Starbus series for mass transit, and new models like the Prima E.55S and Magna EV bus. Backed by growing charging infrastructure, the company also supports customers through Fleet Edge, its connected vehicle platform that enhances uptime and optimises costs.
Vertelo, managed by Macquarie Asset Management and supported by a $200 million anchor investment from the Green Climate Fund, offers comprehensive fleet electrification solutions—from leasing and financing to energy management and end-of-life services.
