Anuj Guglani, is the powerhouse behind the World Auto Forum (WAF) — The global media house and think tank of the Auto & Mobility Industry for several decades now!
WAF is No. 1 in World Auto News as per online searches and surveys. In 2025, WAF Newswires were consumed by 85 Million+ users across the world.
In the past, he has been invited as a speaker to IIT Delhi, SIAM, University of Delhi, FADA, ASSOCHAM, AIAWA, the International Zinc Association ( IZA), ASPA, Engineering College Bhopal, Bhopal, GM Australia and WAF.
He has carried out industry outreach programs with Niti Aayog, Dept of Science & Tech (DST), Meta, Uber, Renault, Hyundai, Skoda, Mitsubishi, Castrol, Exxon Mobil, NASSCOM, SMBC Nikko and many others.
He has worked at senior levels with Honda Cars and General Motors India. At Honda he is credited for co-creating Web DMS with Live web tracking back in 2003!
At GM India he was part of the GM Difference! global team where he spearheaded the creation of Global Retail Standards in Singapore in 2007, which are still used worldwide.
He’s an engineer from Nagpur University, an MBA from IIT Delhi, and an LLB from the University of Delhi, Anuj brings together creativity, tech, business, and law like few can.
He also wears many hats — Senior Partner at WAF Ventures, a boutique M&A firm, and Co-Founder of CarPhD.com, the “Asli Report Card” for cars and dealers.
He is also the Mentor at Citizens for Better India – An NGO which offers Free Legal Counselling and Medical Assistance to Children, Women and Seniors.
