Datta Mahajan is currently serving as Head – Service & Parts (2W) at Kinetic Green, where he leads service operations, parts business, and customer experience initiatives. His role focuses on strengthening service networks, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s growth in the electric mobility ecosystem.
Prior to this, he served as General Manager (PV & EV) at myTVS (Ki Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), where he played a key role in developing strategic business models and expanding the service network. His contributions included activating over 200+ franchise outlets and building scalable multibrand service operations across two-wheeler and four-wheeler segments.
He has also held leadership roles at Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd. as Deputy General Manager – 2 Wheeler Business and at Mahindra Rise as Zonal Manager – Customer Care (West), where he managed after-sales operations, customer experience, and service processes across large regional networks.
