Dimple Mehta most recently served as Head – Service & Parts (Domestic & International Business) at Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, where he led after-sales operations, customer support, and parts management across both domestic and global markets. During his tenure, he played a critical role in strengthening customer experience frameworks and service delivery across the organization.
He brings extensive expertise in customer care, service excellence, parts operations, and network development, with a strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. His leadership has been centered on building robust after-sales ecosystems and driving transformation in service processes.
Prior to Tata Motors, he held leadership roles at prominent automotive companies including MG Motor India and Hyundai Motor India, along with experience at Chevrolet Sales India, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Force Motors, and TAFE. His diverse background has enabled him to develop deep domain expertise across passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, and farm equipment sectors.
With a career spanning over 29 years, he is recognized for his strategic approach to customer experience, service innovation, and network optimization. His work reflects a strong commitment to delivering consistent value across the automotive customer lifecycle.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Agricultural Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University and continues to contribute to the automotive ecosystem through leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership in after-sales and customer experience.
