Manish Vij, Founder of Global Assure, is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience across the financial services and insurance sectors. A Chartered Accountant by profession and an alumnus of IIM Lucknow, he brings a strong blend of financial acumen and strategic leadership to the table.
Over the course of his career, Manish has held key leadership roles spanning finance, operations, and risk management, with full P&L accountability. His deep understanding of business fundamentals and execution has enabled him to consistently drive growth and operational excellence across organizations.
Prior to founding Global Assure in November 2018, he spent more than a decade with ICICI Lombard, where he played a pivotal role in scaling business operations and strengthening risk frameworks. He has also held leadership positions at Bharti AXA General Insurance and L&T General Insurance, further enriching his cross-functional expertise.
Since establishing Global Assure, Manish has been instrumental in charting a strong growth trajectory for the company over the past five years. His leadership is defined by a sharp focus on customer-centric solutions, scalable processes, and building resilient business models in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
