Micheal Hajj is a highly experienced global leader in automotive engineering and adhesive technologies, with over 25 years of expertise in vehicle repair, maintenance solutions, and technical product development.
Micheal Hajj currently serves as Global Head of Application Engineering – Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (VRM) at Henkel, where he leads global strategy, product application engineering, and technical innovation for Henkel’s automotive repair solutions, including LOCTITE® and TEROSON® product lines.
In this role, he focuses on enhancing reliability and performance of mechanical assemblies through advanced adhesive technologies, supporting service technicians and OEM ecosystems worldwide. His work bridges product innovation with real-world application, ensuring efficient, durable, and scalable repair solutions.
Prior to his current global role, he served as Head of Technical Adhesives – ANZ, where he led regional business growth, technical teams, and customer engagement across Australia and New Zealand. He also held the role of Technical Manager – Adhesive Technologies, building deep expertise in product development, application engineering, and technical support.
