Ned Curic

Ned Curic is a technology and automotive executive responsible for Product Development & Technology at Stellantis and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team. His career combines extensive experience in automotive technology, software, artificial intelligence, connected vehicles, digital transformation and product development. Stellantis integrated its software activities into the Product Development & Technology organization under his leadership, bringing technology and product development closer together across the Group.

Ned Curic joined Stellantis in August 2021 as Chief Technology Officer, after serving as Vice President of Alexa Automotive at Amazon. At Amazon, he was responsible for building the automotive business and technology organization, bringing his experience in connected mobility and digital technologies to the automotive sector.

Before Amazon, Ned Curic held senior technology roles at Toyota Motor North America and Toyota Connected. As CTO of Toyota Motor North America, he was responsible for areas including digital transformation, advanced technology, data, connected-car technologies, vehicle platforms and enterprise architecture. At Toyota Connected, he led teams of software engineers, data scientists and designers.

Earlier in his career, Ned Curic worked in technology and engineering roles, including at Northrop Grumman and Microsoft, building a strong foundation in technology strategy, engineering systems and digital innovation. His experience across technology companies and automotive organizations has positioned him at the intersection of software and mobility.

In 2023, his responsibilities at Stellantis expanded to include research and development, becoming Chief Engineering and Technology Officer. This broadened his role in driving the transformation of Stellantis into a technology-focused mobility company and aligning its research, engineering and technology capabilities with future product development.

Today, Ned Curic leads Product Development & Technology at Stellantis, covering a broad technology landscape that includes vehicle engineering, software, connectivity, artificial intelligence and advanced mobility technologies. His work is focused on accelerating the development of innovative products and services across Stellantis’ global portfolio of automotive brands.

Ned Curic is also closely involved in Stellantis’ development of next-generation vehicle software platforms. In 2026, he highlighted the importance of speed, scalability and quality as Stellantis expands technologies such as STLA Brain, its software platform designed to simplify vehicle-system integration and enable continuous improvement throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

With experience across Microsoft, Toyota, Toyota Connected, Amazon and Stellantis, Ned Curic brings a distinctive combination of technology leadership and automotive expertise. His work continues to contribute to the development of software-defined vehicles, connected mobility, AI-enabled automotive technology and next-generation products, supporting the transformation of Stellantis and the wider automotive industry.
