Tata AutoComp, through its subsidiary, Artifex Interior Systems, has strengthened its presence in the European Union with the successful completion of the acquisition of IAC Slovakia, a key supplier to Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda.

Tata AutoComp Systems Limited, through its British subsidiary Artifex Interior Systems, has completed the acquisition of the 100% share capital of IAC Group (Slovakia) s.r.o
This strategic acquisition will strengthen Tata AutoComp’s capabilities and will lay the foundation for deeper expansion across the UK and EU markets. The move supports Tata AutoComp’s ambitious growth plans, positioning the company as a significant player in the European automotive industry, in line with its vision to become the partner of choice for global OEMs.
In a separate development, Artifex will open the Sweden Engineering Center in Gothenburg on 18 February, to be inaugurated by Mr. Arvind Goel, Vice Chairman, Tata AutoComp Systems. The new engineering center will strengthen Artifex’s engineering and innovation capabilities in Europe and support closer collaboration with customers and partners across the region.
