The summit opened with a compelling Welcome Keynote by Anuj Guglani, Founder & CEO, WAF Group, who set a clear and future-focused direction for the discussions that followed.

The IVASS program featured three forward-looking Power Panel discussions and three insightful Keynote sessions, led by distinguished industry leaders. Ø Stellantis India – Innovation in Digital Service Experience (Video Check & WiCheck)
Stellantis India was recognised for its innovations in Digital Service Experience, notably Video Check and WiCheck, which have transformed transparency and customer engagement in vehicle servicing.
By leveraging digital tools to enhance service visibility, build customer confidence, and improve operational efficiency, Stellantis India has demonstrated leadership and excellence in delivering customer-centric, technology-driven after-sales solutions, setting a best-practice standard for the industry.
The first power panel, “2025 Best Practices in Workshop Productivity & Efficiency to Maximise Workshop Profitability,” examined how workshops can transform into high-performance profit centers.

The discussion focused on process optimisation, manpower productivity, workshop layouts, cost controls, and revenue enhancement strategies, highlighting best practices that can be adopted across OEM-authorised and independent workshops.
In IVASS Keynote 1, Nikhil B, Managing Director, Madhus Garage Equipment, delivered a compelling session on “From Pain Point to Profit Hub: How Madhus 2.0 Boosts Dealership Profitability Through Service Innovation.”
“As dealership margins come under pressure, after-sales operations must shift from volume-driven activity to profitability-focused execution. He also showcased how modern equipment, intelligent workshop design, and service innovation can significantly improve throughput, quality, and dealership profitability.
One of the most future-focused discussions at IVASS 2025 was Power Panel 2, themed: “Impact of SDVs on Workshops Operational & Business Readiness – OEMs & Aftermarket – Best Practices in Tech, SOPs, Infra, Skilling, Processing VOC”

The panel explored software-defined vehicles (SDVs) and their implications on technology, infrastructure, SOPs, skilling, diagnostics, and VOC processing, emphasizing the need for rapid adaptation by workshops and service networks.

IVASS Keynote 2, delivered by Nikita Sinha – Head – Customer Experience and Service Planning, JSW MG Motor India, focused on “Making Customer Service and Experience Smarter and Digital”.

Leveraging technology and real-time data enables service journeys that are more responsive, efficient, and customer-centric.” said Nikita Sinha – Head – Customer Experience and Service Planning, JSW MG Motor India
The session also highlighted how digital tools, data-driven insights, and connected platforms can redefine transparency, trust, and long-term customer loyalty in after-sales operations.
In IVASS Keynote 3, Dr Kumar Iyer, Commercial Director, ASC – Southeast & South Asia, AkzoNobel India, spoke on “Best-in-Class AkzoNobel Services and Sustainability”.
He emphasized sustainable refinish solutions, global benchmarks, and the role of responsible practices in shaping the future of the after-sales ecosystem.
Tanuj Pugalia, CMD, Gallops Group commented, “High-performing after-sales organisations are driven by strong leadership, skilled teams, and continuous capability development. Aligning people and processes is key to delivering consistent service outcomes.”
The final power panel, “Future of Vehicle After Sales Service Business – Present, Future based on Present and the Out of the Box Future ( the way it normally is!). Workshops Layouts, Consumer Outreach, Dashboards, Vehicle Chemistry Options, Tech, Infra” took a bold look at what lies ahead.
