Source : PTI | Electric motorcycle brand Oben Electric on Tuesday said it has logged over fourfold growth in vehicle registrations, reaching 1,563 units in October on the Vahan portal, up from 380 units recorded in the corresponding month last year.
The company’s continued leadership is driven by its high-performance e-motorcycle Rorr Evo , which has strengthened its presence in the domestic electric two-wheeler market, it said.
Rorr Evo’s market traction reflects Oben Electric’s focus on building electric motorcycles that address the expectations of mainstream Indian motorcycle buyers, the company said.
Oben Electric currently operates over 150 showrooms and dedicated Oben Care service centres across 90+ cities in 18 states.
The company plans to expand to 200 exclusive showrooms by the end of FY27, extending its reach and customer service network across India.
