Tesla raises spending plan as it looks to ramp up production

The Elon Musk-led electric vehicle company said it expects to spend between $7 billion and $9 billion in 2024 and 2025, days after it unveiled its plans to expand its factory in Nevada.

Tesla Inc said on Tuesday it has increased its capital expenditure plan by $1 billion for the next two years as it looks to increase production of its 4680 cells used in electric car batteries and the Semi heavy-duty truck.
