The most stringent, transparent and the most aspirational Awards in the Auto sector, WAF Awards 2019, powered by research by IIT Delhi, were held today. There are dozens of awards for the best car, bike and truck. WAF rewards and recognises the winning people behind the Best products & Cos each year!

World Auto Forum Awards, in their 7th edition now, have come to define Platinum performance across the Auto Industry. The stringent Quadruple Elimination Process, multiple Jury rounds, strong research by IIT Delhi Team and neutral observers to ensure transparency make these awards toughest to win and happiest to receive. Organized by World Auto Forum that connects the entire Auto Industry across 125 countries, WAF Awards have become the Platinum Standard in Auto Awards.

Anuj Guglani, CEO, World Auto Forum said, ”This year, over 10 hours of discussions across 2 Jury rounds, over three months of research, and over 75 emails have gone into selecting the winners. As each year, there are Observers during Jury Rounds, No Sponsor partners or Current Auto OEM Employees allowed on Jury and of course Ref Checks after Jury Rounds! This is what makes WAF Awards truly special & unique!”

He further added, ”The winners & their achievements this time are even more special, as the industry faces challenging headwinds, structural shifts in consumer behaviour, policy & regulatory reforms. Each year we encourage the winners to join us with their families and teams as you just can’t undermine the latter’s contribution to their success.”

Before we come to the list of winners, a huge thank you to WAF Jury members, research team and our observers for their immense contribution in selecting the worthy winners.
