Rahul Bajaj ji graduated from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi in Delhi in 1958 and also earned a degree in law from University of Mumbai. Then he went on to pursue MBA from Harvard Business School in the US and became CEO of Bajaj Auto Ltd in 1968.
He was in charge of key departments in the company like marketing, accounts, purchase, and audit.In a career spanning over five decades, he led the group’s flagship company, Bajaj Auto’s turnover from ₹7.5 crore to ₹12,000 crore. with the company’s scooter Bajaj Chetak being the main growth driver.
He shall always be remembered as a great visionary and a business leader who spoke his mind fearlessly. A man of courage and sound integrity. He was the grandson of freedom fighter Shri Jamnalal Bajaj ji
